In what situation I can return the product bought from Tripti Food?

If the product you received is Damaged, Defective or it is not the same as described by Tripti Food, you can request for exchange or replacement.

Do I have to pay anything extra for return?

We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.

Replacement and Return Timeframe

Replacement/Exchange product will be delivered in 5-7 business days. If refund is approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within a 5-7 business days.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

The product is damaged because of use.

The product is not in the same condition as you received it.

Items that are returned without original packaging.

Return Policy

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. However, to return any items that are damaged or expired you may contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
